1. 解約（キャンセル）Cancellation
有料プラン（Basic/Pro）は Stripe の定期課金です。解約はいつでも可能で、次回更新日以降の課金を停止します。 Paid plans are recurring subscriptions via Stripe. Cancellation stops future renewals.
解約方法（推奨手順）：
- 購入時に Stripe から届くメール（領収書/請求書）にある「サブスクリプションを管理」等のリンクから解約できます。
- 上記リンクが見当たらない場合は、hs.so.02e@gmail.com へご連絡ください（購入に用いたメールアドレスと、可能なら領収書/請求書の情報を添えてください）。
How to cancel: Use the “Manage subscription” link in Stripe’s receipt/invoice email. If you can’t find it, contact us by email.
解約後も、現在の請求期間の終了日までは利用できます（更新はされません）。 After cancellation, you can keep using the service until the end of the current billing period.
2. 返金Refunds
- デジタルサービスの性質上、原則として日割り・月割りの返金は行いません。
- ただし、二重課金、Stripe決済の誤り、運営者側の重大な不具合等が確認できる場合は、個別に調査のうえ返金対応を行います。
※返金の取扱いは 利用規約 の定めと整合する範囲で運用します（個別の合意がある場合を除く）。 Refund handling is aligned with the Terms unless otherwise agreed.
